Battery production

Navigationsteknik has manufactured alkaline buoy batteries for almost 40 years and today supplies both authorities, municipalities and ports in Sweden and Norway. The company has its own production and can therefore often meet even very special requests. The batteries are of high quality and are manufactured from alkaline cells without either lead or cadmium and are therefore classified as environmentally friendly. All buoy batteries are equipped with short circuit protection, cable and lifting eye or pole contacts and lifting handle.

Nautical marks and other accessories

In our facility in Vinslöv we assemble nautical marks, both large and small. We provide everything from small fairway sticks for marinas to large nautical marks and buoys for open water and the ocean. We work with navigation buoys, data buoys and heavy-duty mooring buoys. We have extensive experience with various buoys and sticks and distribute these from the best suppliers on the market.

Sensors for wind, current, etc.

Meteorological instruments and expertise

Navigationsteknik installs, operates and maintains a number of sensors around the Swedish coast. These are both quay-mounted current sensors and buoy-mounted current and wind sensors reporting data via the VIVA system. We have the expertise to develop data buoys for both weather and advanced ODAS applications. This is done in collaboration with ports and authorities.
